This photo was taken as I was out running errands in the pouring rain. The fog was at higher elevations.

Camera settings and post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D and the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS lens with polarizing filter at 90mm, ISO 200, f/2.8, shutter 1/320s. Adjusted white balance, basic curves adjustment, color balancing.

Usually, I can find a little something about a photograph that is displeasing to the eye, a cacophany to the senses but this photo is an exception. There is nothing about this photo I do not love. Extraordinary work!

I remember crabapples well. My aunt had them in her back yard, but, never as beautiful as this picture. Just stunning.

i am going to print this picture off and eat it. I want it to be a part of me. I luuuuv it. thanks for sharing.

can you tell me if I should save my pennies and get the new 5D Mark II or save my pennies and get a good used 5D? My boss might sell me one of his. I currently work with a 10D and am ready ready ready for an upgrade. Someday Kathleen, I want to be JUST LIKE YOU. : )

I love the foggy background and my mom loves this photo also very much!! This tree is very beautiful because the color pink just reminds me of happy! You did great work on this photo!!!
