GOD BLESS AMERICA That's a really touching image. Posted by Damien Franco on March 4, 2008 1:57 AMKathleen, you have a hand in this....? Posted by David Tinnon on March 4, 2008 2:37 AMThe creaitivity of young minds never ceases to amaze me. Posted by ROB on March 4, 2008 4:52 AMMany hands make light work of the union and country. Posted by Grandfather on March 4, 2008 6:04 AMI want to hand you some applause for another unique picture with your digit-al camera. I bet it was fun for the kids to make. Posted by JPH on March 4, 2008 6:29 AMNow that I think about it, this may be the only handmade flag I've seen.....but then you have a propensity to find 'n frame such things.....so I'll join JPH in giving you another hand. Posted by david tinnon on March 4, 2008 2:26 PM Excellent, love the colours! Very creative.. Posted by Craig Wilson on March 5, 2008 1:58 AMWonderful motif. Posted by LwS on March 5, 2008 4:16 AMA great find. The bloody hand prints are a nice symbolic touch. It screams America :) Posted by John on March 5, 2008 4:31 PMA particularly powerful image Kathleen. Very touching. It likely evokes different emotions for different people. It reminds me of the children of soldiers overseas who are separated from their families. Posted by Laurie on March 7, 2008 6:22 AMI must say, that flag kinda disturbs me. It almost looks like it comes from the blair witch project. Posted by cohnsey on March 31, 2008 9:08 PMAs a former educator, I just love the image! One of the things I think we fail to do anymore in our schools is teach/model and patriotic spirit. We would all do well to stop and look for a minute and remember that the hands that made this will one day lead this country. Posted by Stephen Wolfe on May 31, 2008 7:01 PMSpeak!
