Love the details of this portrait and the happy expression of the girl. The blue of her eyes are simply amazing. ;-)

She's a real cutie. Her eyes are so lively. This is a beautiful portrait.

And grandpop should be very proud with such a beautiful, angelic looking granddaughter.

Clean, simple, beautiful! Congratulations!

Super cute young lady with a porcelain complexion, an infectious smile, eyes like sparkling slate, and a "frog green" heart on her sleeve. (This lady has a lot of hearts!)

And Kathleen, you have a magical ability to get warm, natural expressions in your portrait subjects. The cropping/composition is so balanced--but then you get great shots clicking blindly through the windshield during heavy traffic, thick smoke and (oh yes) Onion Snow!

Thank you, Princess of Hearts. Thank you, Grandpop, and thank you, (#1453, but who's counting?) Kathleen.

Very nice shot. The picture looks very smooth for ISO 1600 - did you do any noise reduction? I don't seem to get that good of results at high ISO. Good job, nice composition.

Goes straight to my heart! Fantastic.

Well done. The purity of her skin and the charm of her smile make this special.

Kurt: No noise reduction. The 5D is super at high ISOs.
