Very cool perspective. Posted by heather on March 29, 2007 5:50 AMPeaceful. Both boy and dog caught with their toys. Posted by JPH on March 29, 2007 6:23 AMBeautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. As much as I am not a huge fan of winter, shots like this make it seem more appealing. Happy Spring! Posted by Laurie on March 29, 2007 7:50 AMVery nice and peaceful....Unlike Laurie, I do not really like winter that much...bye, bye winter Posted by zoxeo on March 29, 2007 8:07 AMVery nice. I'm amazed that you still had so much snow and ice at that point. Down by Philly/Trenton, ours was gone days before that. Posted by Jeff G on March 29, 2007 9:03 AMGrreat shot. I love the silhouettes. Posted by Alice on March 29, 2007 9:12 AMI love the color on the cottony, wispy clouds and the contrast against the sky and ice. The gradational tone of the sky looks like you used a circular polarizer for this shot. Did this pooch make an appearance in an earlier image? He looks like that happy Newf that you captured a little while back. Beautiful work (again). Posted by Russ D. on March 29, 2007 9:47 AMWonderful color, and so peaceful! Posted by Steve on March 29, 2007 1:46 PMLast ride of the day from near the top of the world.... Posted by Bob on March 29, 2007 8:20 PMI first thought it was a sand dune at the seashore, but then the clouds are "left-overs" from a recent sky....now I get it...."Sphinx In Winter with Thank the pooch that poses as a cat, and thank you Kathleen for sharing that. Posted by David Tinnon on March 30, 2007 4:04 PMThe way you describe your weather is just as strange as it is here down south. It's almost April in Florida and I'm still getting chills at night. As for the photo, amazing. Almost looks like the arctic. Posted by Michael George on April 1, 2007 2:38 PMSpeak!
