Just After Sunset (Composite)

PHOTOGRAPH INFO

Shot last night, just after the sun went down. This is a composite of nine photographs shot in quick succession.

Post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D and the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L lens at 24mm, ISO 400, shutter speed 1/200s and aperture f/2.8. Overlaid nine photographs shot in quick succession; no other post-processing.

Nice treatment. Love the big space and moody sky, although I would have given the small band of travelers a tiny bit more ground.

This shot reminds me of a scene from "Fiddler on the Roof"--you know the one? Love the silhoette effect. It's a great action shot, Kathleen.

We are extraordinarly lucky to have you coming to our modest photography club to talk about your work tomorrow. I was just sharing your images with a friend of mine visiting from Annapolis, MD and am trying to convince him to attend your lecture tomorrow night. He's a maybe, I'm a definate!
