Bicycle Built for Two, Berks County
PHOTOGRAPH INFO This photograph was taken yesterday in Berks County on a little backroad somewhere. I have no idea where I was... but the bike stopped me in my tracks, leaning up against an old barn. Post-processing: Shot with the Canon EOS 5D Reminder! Nominate your favorite photoblogs in the 2006 Photobloggies! The nomination process ends Monday, May 8th at midnight EST. Maybe it's just some old song they made us sing in school, but this image is just laden with nostalgia. I blame the song because I have never ridden a tandem bike. Nice image! Posted by John on April 28, 2006 10:45 PMGreat combination of curves in the bike, and straight lines in the roof and shed. Posted by Robert on April 28, 2006 10:47 PMWhat a great find! Terrific. It needs some work and The seats look a little uncomfortable...Ouch! Posted by Laurie on April 28, 2006 10:59 PMBeautiful light. Posted by mjulius on April 28, 2006 11:45 PMSO Cool! Posted by cushmok on April 29, 2006 12:10 PMWonderful tones, the contrast of the building and the bike is stellar. Wonder how old that bike is... Posted by Solaria on April 29, 2006 1:23 PMHmmmmmmm......considering the price of fuel....a little orange paint and a couple of tires.....yes.....add an ebay link below "click here..." Posted by Rob on April 29, 2006 6:37 PMYou know, part of me wants to get hold of this old bicycle and restore it to its former self. Seems a bit of a different style to your normal capture.
